Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We are based in Texas/the USA, and currently ship to the US, Canada, and Australia! We hope to add more countries as we learn more about restrictions and whatnot.

For international packages, we use HS code 392690, and list any silicone items as "Silicone novelty item".

 

Can I use a 3rd party shipping service for international shipments?

You can use a 3rd party shipping service, which will provide you a US address for us to send your package to. They will then ship said package directly to you. Just be mindful that we can only guarantee your package gets to that 3rd party service, we cannot do much if the 3rd party loses or damages your package. We do not offer refunds in the case that they do, nor will we repour your toy. Using 3rd party shipping services is at your own risk.


How fast do your toys ship?

All of our toys are products we have on-hand, so we generally ship them ASAP. Normally within a week from date of order, but please give us up to 2 weeks before messaging us. Our shop is very small, and delays due to health or other circumstances may occur.


Can you change the address on my order?

No, doing so voids our seller protection on your order! Please be sure the address at checkout is correct before you place the order.


What happens if my package is lost in transit?

This very rarely happens, so most likely odds are your package is just delayed, not lost! Please give your package at least 15 days in transit before contacting us. We will do our best to settle any cases of actually lost packages favorably/offer a refund if the package is 30+ days late.

 

A label was created for my order, but it isn't in transit after a few days?

We typically drop orders off the day after we print their labels. Lately, USPS has been a bit slow with scanning in packages to their system, so please give packages a full week of business days to get moving before contacting us!

 

Are duties/taxes/other fees included for international shipments?

No, your country may charge duties/taxes/other fees on your package upon import; we are not responsible for covering these fees. You will need to pay them, generally before you receive your package. We cannot offer replacements or refunds if you do not pay any associated fees to collect your package.
