General

What are your toys made of?

Platinum cure silicone and body-safe pigments! The brand of silicone we use is Smooth-On.

What firmness are your toys?

We offer a few different firmnesses, with the most common being super soft, soft, and medium.

Super soft = 00-20 on shore scale

Soft = 00-30 on shore scale

Medium = 00-50 on shore scale

How often do you restock?

Normally several times a week, at a random time. We typically upload new stock as we make it!

Do you accept custom orders?

Not at the moment, no! We operate off a “drop” system, and periodically upload new toys to the “in-stock” page on our site. These toys are one of a kind, and the toy you see is the toy you get.

What is "near-clear" silicone?

Near clear is a highly translucent silicone that really shows off mica and fun shaped inclusions we like to put in toys! It is slightly more expensive than our normal silicone, and thus is priced differently.

Because of their high translucency and silicone's natural yellowing over years, said yellowing may be more visible with near clear toys as they age. This may be exasperated or brought on much quicker by boiling near clear toys or exposing them to great heat over and over again. If you would like to keep your near clear toy as clear as possible, we recommend against boiling, and instead sticking to soap and water/toy cleaner to wash them.

Near clear toys are also more prone to get a few tiny bubbles on the bottom of their bases as a quirk of the material.

How do I need to care for my toy?

Before and after each use, toys should be thoroughly cleaned with a high quality toy cleaner or mild soap and water. Ensure they are dried and stored in a safe place away from other toys (especially those not made of platinum cure silicone, which may melt into our toys). Store them up and away from where dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, and other animals could possibly get into them and chew them up. Be mindful to not use silicone lube with silicone toys; aim for a water-based option.

Strokers must have special care taken to not cause tearing, due to their intended use. Inserting disproportionately larger objects or body parts (ex - larger toys, fists) may cause early tearing in the toy.

What is a "flawed" toy, and is it still safe to use?

A flawed toy is a toy with minor faults, which is discounted proportional to said fault! The faults will be noted in the description of the toy. They are still safe to use, just flawed in one way or another!

I'm a content creator, and I'd like to work with you!

Hey, we most likely want to work with you too! Shoot us an email at valsintoys@gmail.com to discuss a potential collaboration or free toy in exchange for a social media post about it. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to get back to everyone! Including information about yourself + what you do + your collaboration idea, will greatly improve your odds of us choosing to work with you!

We are happy to work with toy collectors, sex workers, NSFW artists, etc!

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We are based in the USA, and only ship domestically! We will not be shipping internationally.

You can use a 3rd party shipping service, however, which will provide you a US address for us to send your package to. They will then ship said package directly to you. Just be mindful that we can only guarantee your package gets to that 3rd party service, we cannot do much if the 3rd party loses or damages your package. We do not offer refunds in the case that they do, nor will we repour your toy. Using 3rd party shipping services is at your own risk.

How fast do orders ship?

All of our toys are products we have on-hand, so we generally ship them ASAP. Normally within 1-3 business days, but please give us up to 2 weeks before messaging us. Our shop is very small, and delays due to health or other circumstances may occur.

Is your shipping discreet?

Yes, our orders are sent out in plain pink boxes typically, with no branding present outside the box. The sender is listed vaguely as “Val”. Other box colors may be used if we run out of our normal boxes, but no branding will be present on those either.

What's the transit time for orders?

We ship via USPS priority mail, which has a transit time of around 1-4 days, depending on distance or delays.

Can you change the address on my order?

No, doing so voids our seller protection on your order! Please be sure the address at checkout is correct before you place the order.

What happens if my package is sent back to you?

If your package is sent back to us, usually due to an incorrect address or other related issue, you will need to cover the shipping cost again to send it back out! Please be sure you've entered the correct address before checking out.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

This very rarely happens, so most likely odds are your package is just delayed, not lost! Please give your package at least 15 days in transit before contacting us. We will do our best to settle any cases of actually lost packages favorably/offer a refund if the package is 30+ days late.

A label was created for my order, but it isn't in transit after a few days?

We typically drop orders off the day after we print their labels. Lately, USPS has been a bit slow with scanning in packages to their system, so please give packages a full week of business days to get moving before contacting us!

If I place multiple orders going to the same address, will they all be shipped in one box?

Most likely! Any orders placed under the same address + name will be packaged together, unless it is a very large order and we have to send things out in several boxes.

Refund Policy

If you believe the toy you received is either the wrong product (incorrect firmness or model or coloration) or has major unlisted flaws, please contact us as soon as possible via email to discuss a refund. We do not process refunds for any reason outside of the two cases stated above.

Keep in mind our toys are not indestructible, and may take damage from excessive picking/scratching/un-lubed rubbing at them, abrasive surfaces, nails, teeth, animals getting ahold of them, usage (notably for strokers), etc. They may also have slight yellowing over a period of years, as is typical when silicone ages. This is more noticeable with near clear toys and less or not at all noticeable with pigmented/colored toys. We cannot be held responsible for damage the user causes. In such cases, we are unable to process refunds for a damaged product.

Our toys are hand-made by us, and may have minor flaws, both listed and unlisted in the description of the toy. Minor flaws include bubbles on the bottom of bases (most common in near-clear toys), minor scuffs from demolding, pigment freckles below the surface, and marks from the original 3D printed model. More major flaws, such as bubbles on the shaft of the toy or unintentional inclusions will be noted in listings.

Order cancellation policy

We do not accept cancellations or order modifications for any reason at this time. Please be sure you are happy with what you have selected, have reviewed our policies, have read the product listing thoroughly prior to checking out, and have entered the correct address at checkout.
